To maintain our standards of excellence, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a full reimbursement, returned merchandise must adhere to the following:

  • Pristine State: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were received.

  • Branding & Tags: All original HULALAHOME security tags and labels must remain intact and attached.

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original protective boxing to prevent transit damage.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Order ID or digital invoice is mandatory for processing.

III. OFFICIAL RETURN PROCEDURE

To ensure your return is tracked and secured, please follow our authorized protocol:

  1. Initiation: Contact our specialist team at service@hulalahome.shop to request a return.

  2. RMA Issuance: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping coordinates.

  3. Important Disclaimer: Shipments returned without a prior RMA or sent to unauthorized addresses will not be processed and are ineligible for refunds.

IV. DEFECTS & ARRIVAL ISSUES

We maintain rigorous quality control, yet we encourage immediate inspection upon arrival. If you discover any manufacturing flaws or transit-related damage, please notify service@hulalahome.shop within 48 hours. We will prioritize your case for an expedited replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

V. EXCLUSIONS

In alignment with global retail standards, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bespoke or personalized orders tailored to specific requirements.

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive items.

  • Digital Gift Cards and items marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Note: Standard shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of a fulfillment error.

VI. INTERNATIONAL & EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

For our clients within the European Union, we respect the statutory 14-day "Cooling-Off" period, allowing you to cancel your order for any reason within that timeframe. This exists in conjunction with our extended 30-day brand guarantee, provided the items remain in merchantable condition.

VII. REIMBURSEMENT PROTOCOL

Upon arrival at our facility, all returns undergo a quality verification.

  • Notification: We will alert you via email once your return has been inspected and the refund status is determined.

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
