Each piece undergoes a mandatory quality inspection and bespoke secure-packaging process before departing our facility.

  • Fulfillment Window: Standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Peak Season: During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays), please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

  • Shipping Fee: We offer a simplified, transparent Flat-Rate Shipping of $5.99 worldwide.

3. TRANSIT EXPECTATIONS

To provide consistent value, we partner with specialized international couriers. Estimated delivery windows (inclusive of customs processing) are as follows:

  • Tracking Notification: A unique tracking code will be sent to your email immediately upon shipment.

  • Activation Period: Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier’s digital portal to sync and display the initial transit status.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • Import Fees: Any local import taxes, VAT, or customs brokerage fees are determined by your destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Regulatory Delays: HULALAHOME is not responsible for delays caused by national customs inspections or local regulatory protocols.

6. FLEXIBILITY & MODIFICATIONS

  • The 12-Hour Rule: You may request address corrections or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Finality: Once an order enters the "In-Transit" or "Fulfillment" stage, we are unable to intercept or modify the shipment.
